How You Will Contribute:
You will be responsible for leading the successful growth of the Northern New Jersey Region by identifying opportunities and facilitating solutions.
You will manage your time appropriately between business development, project planning, project execution and team engagement.
Execute our processes effectively and develop plans to provide smart growth for the region. Manage the region’s revenue, profit, and awards. Analyze the regional P&L statements for business planning.
Provide leadership to ensure positive and profitable relationships with all external parties, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Physical Requirements
In a normal day, this position requires 1-4 hours standing and walking. In a normal day, the employee must be able to sit for 7+ hours. In a normal day, the team member must be able to drive 1-4 hours. Team member must be able to lift/carry up to 10 lbs. maximum; occasionally carry small objects. The team member must be able to use his/her upper extremities for reparative simple grasping and fine manipulation. In this position, team member occasionally (0-33%) must be able to bend at waist, squat the knees, climb (including ladders), reach above shoulders, kneel, crawl, use feet (foot controls), and/or work at heights above 6 feet.

Authority
- Approve Budgeted expenses up to $10,000.
- Approve Non-Budgeted items up to $2,500.
- Hire, promote and terminate direct reports with prior discussion with Human Resources & Supervisor.
- Execute client proposals, bids, and contracts (pursuant to the Approval and Signature policy)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration or similar field, or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years of experience in management role required 15 to 20 years preferred.
- OSHA 30 Certified
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel including overnight travel.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
- Minimum 15 years of construction leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software systems, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
